I have 2 Official Manuals for the State of Missouri dated 1989-1990 and 1961-1962. They appear to be something that's put out each year by the state covering many different subjects. There are pictures and information on everyone in the state executive branch, legislative branch and judicial branch. It includes all the various departments of the state government as well as election results and information on all the state cities and counties.
We're located near Woods Mill (141) and Olive in Chesterfield.
