Hello - I have a nice, thick vinegar mother for someone who is interested in making his/her own red wine vinegar. It looks like a kombucha SCOBY, if you are familiar with growing kombucha tea. I started making my own vinegar one year ago, and it has taken that long to grow mothers like these. I still don't know what I'm doing with it, but hopefully you'll enjoy the experiment, too!I live in Shrewsbury.Tracey
