This is a clean, used sofabed.
Upholstery is damaged in a few places, notably on the right arm, where it was scratched up by a cat. It's not badly mauled, but it is noticeable.
The fabric is probably some artificial material, but it is soft and user-friendly.
Color looks like a medium tan from a distance, though it is actually a blend of burgundy and off-white.
Two matching throw-pillows are included.
This sleep sofa has a full-size mattress which is somewhat lumpy, so probably not recommended for daily sleeping, but it should be fine for an occasional guest. Hint: You might want to use a mattress pad for comfort.
Size is about 30" high at the top of the back, about 74" wide (long), and about 35" deep (front to back).
This sofa is in a house with a dog. The dog doesn't get on the couch, but keep this in mind if you have allergies. (The cat damage is from years ago so shouldn't trigger any allergic reaction.)
You and a strong friend would have to pick this up in Forest Park Southeast (a/k/a The Grove). There is a half-flight of steps from the front door down to the sidewalk.
