We have a LOT of green elm and silver maple. Most is in four to five foot lengths that will need to be shortened before splitting for firewood. Because many pieces are so big, some lengths might be good for artists; chainsaw carving, general wood carving, lathes, small milling.
Our yard is deep and the only access is a four foot gate. This is easily a two-man job and a dolly or similar device is recommended to get the wood out.
Take as much or as little as you want - I have far more than I can use.
