St Louis-Freecycle Wanted: tamper for compacting soil or blacktop (63021)

 

Hello all, Does anyone have a manual or hand tamper ( I think that is what it is called) for compacting blacktop or soil/sand... Will drive reasonable distance in stl city or county.
