St Louis-Freecycle OFFER: SRA Math Factpacer Lab (63116)

I have used this math lab kit with elementary school students, for tutoring help, and for remedial help for anyone learning the basic arithmetic facts of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.  This would be good for a self directed program, whether at a school or in a home-school situation.  Here is an edited description that I got from Wikipedia:

SRA or Science Research Associates Inc.was a publisher of educational materials. with ndividualized classroom instruction lab kits. Commonly called SRA cards,[2] the labs were large boxes filled with color-coded cardboard sheets. Each sheet included a math exercise for students. Each student would have an independent topic, and would work on it independently of the other students in the class, consulting with the teacher only if they got stuck. The student would then follow up with multiple choice questions. As the child moved ahead, he or she would advance in difficulty.  There was a device that the kids would use that would allow them to increase or decrease the speed at which the math problem would become visible.

The kit that I am offering has two such devices.  It's old, but not musty and (unfortunately, not well worn). The cards are pretty pristine, in fact. See photo in album marked KosAlb4.

I'm located 8 blocks south of Tower Grove Park
